Description: I have a used Zeiss Loxia 50mm f/2 Planar T Lens for Sony E Mount for sale. It comes with the original box. The Zeiss lenses are some of the best modern optics for the Sony. The aperture and focus are "de-clicked" for steady / smooth adjustments while filming. The compact size of the lens allows for a very nimble filming rig build, and the weight of this lens allows for easy use on gimbals (like the RS2 or 3) There are some marks on the focus wheel splines from my follow focus rig. The lens shade has some wear marks as well from rubbing against a matte box. This lens has been great for me and my Sony set up. Especially for filming people. Perfect for anyone wanting a high quality optic without having to deal with a bulky or heavy lens. Itʻs especially nice if you just want to build a "ready to go" rig to keep on hand, since itʻs very compact. If you are shooting in LOG this lens is really excellent since it stays very clean without any unwanted flares, or aberrations. Perfect for someone looking to really do precise color grading in post. The contrast is nice if you just want to run the regular Sony color profiles while filming content. If you are looking to upgrade your optics, you canʻt go wrong with a Zeiss lens.
