I usually go to the post office the next business day, but sometimes I cant. Thats why I added 5 days for handling, just in case. Unfortunately, I cant guarantee youll receive it on time. Ive shipped with Priority Mail before, which is supposed to take 1-4 days, but it still took around 12 days to deliver. I complained, but they didnt respond. Delivery isnt guaranteed unless you pay for Express, which takes 1-2 days but is very expensive, let me know if you need that. Lastly, I use recycled or used poly mailer bags, and sometimes boxes for shipping.
