Kinect Sensor has been tested and works, the calibration card and pamphlet are included. Also included for the Kinect is a NYCO Zoom attachment which allows play in a smaller area and a clamp that fits on the bottom of the Kinect which would allow customized placement on top of the TV for example. Controllers tested and working, with clean battery compartments. Each controller will need 2 AA size batteries. (batteries not included) HDMI cord which was used for testing is included, There are 2 sealed games in the lot, Disney Adventures and Just Dance 3. All other games tested and working. There were 2 games that needed to be updated and installed, I did it for the Shadow of Mordor as shown in the pictures.
