Description: This is a vintage WW2 era souvenir bracelet sent or brought back by a veteran of the Pacific Theater for "JEWELL". Features seven Australian coins that have been domed and then linked together by single links to form a bracelet with a locking barrel clasp. The coins/dates/mints are: two 1943 three pence; one 1942 six pence and one 1943-D six pence; one 1943-S shilling and one 1944-S shilling; and one 1943 florin. The florin has been cut into the shape of a heart, with the portrait of the king removed and the name "JEWELL" engraved in cursive. This bracelet measures about 6 3/4" long.
