Description: VTG 20s Brown Blouson Shift Dress W/ Velvet Tie DetailGood used vintage condition w/ flaws. Dress is brown w/ a blouson top, is a shift dress style with a reddish brown / sienna long velvet scarf / tie detail that hangs down the front of dress from the collar. There are clear decorative buttons at the front center neckline & peasant sleeves w/ tie details at the cuffs. The fabric feels like rayon & the scarf is attached with a safety pin. There are holes along the collar & back shoulder, & one of the front buttons has broken & part of it is missing. There is a cluster of holes & stains at the front right sleeve & fading on the sleeve cuffs & down skirt. There are holes down the right side seam & a hole at the center back skirt. The top snap at the side opening is coming unstitched. There are holes & stains along hem all over & stains down the back skirt. It's possible there are other stains, snags, or holes that weren't noticed. Please look through photos to get a good idea of overall condition.
