The item has a beautiful rose design all over it. It was purchased in the late 1980's. It has roses in shades of pink, cream and red. It is clean inside it was only used for hats. It is pre-owned and in very nice condition. It comes with the original deep pink braided cord to make carrying it easier. The cord has a little flaw in one small spot. The item is very large. It measures about 14.5" in diameter x 6-3/4" high. It weighs over 1 pound. It is made of a strong cardboard from what I can tell. It would be great for any cottage core or shabby chic decorating.
