Description: New in Package Wedding bells! the topper is about 8 inches tall and 4 inches wide. Has flowers coming out of the bells and the doves has sequins on the top, with beaded hearts on the top of the bells. The Ribbon bow on top is satin and tulle.the actual package is on good shape and one side of the plastic is torn open and had tape on the it . I don't see any yellowing on the topper.
