Description: Offered is a vintage Black Sheaffer White Dot desk type black fountain pen from an estate The nib on the pen is marked; Sheaffer's Lifetime reg. us pat. off Made in USA 7918904 overall the pen is approx. 7 3/4" long, to my eye the nib looks to be in very good condition the side of the pen is marked; WA Sheaffer pen co. Fort Madison Iowa USA 800 Visually it look fine but it does appear to be very slightly curved at the tail, as the pen rolls back to rest on the same side when I was trying to photograph all of the sides The back un-screws to access the bladder tank inside, the threads are good I have not tried to remove and inspect the bladder but I can see it inside when the back is removed. The lever on the side is in good condition, it's hinge is good I do not see any bite marks on the pen, it is not tested but I think that it will write well Overall the pen is in very good condition and it looks very nice hopefully someone can put it to good use!.....................................
