Description: VINTAGE, RETRO, MCM, COLLECTIBLE CHALKWARE FISH Two vintage, 1960 Miller Studio Inc fish are chalkware that have been airbrushed black, while the eyes and lips are hand painted gold along with the highlighted streaks on the fins. They are both L=4 3/4" x H=5" I have numbered them as fish #1 and fish #2. They are in good condition with very minor flaws. Fish #1: small gold fleck missing off the bottom of the lip. little nibbles along the edge. chip on the tip of the lower fin underneath. Fish #2: tiny bit of paint off the edge of the lip on the black. speck of gold missing from part of the eye. underneath the top fin, appears to have had a missing chip that was sanded. tip of the tailfin has a chip underneath. These two fish are the perfect collection starters for those that love the vintage charm of the 1960's. They will enhance any room all the while not breaking the bank. They are sold "as is".
