The set includes rules, money, property cards (the property cards are complete), Community Chest Cards, Chance cards, 6 wooden tokens, 2 wooden dice, 11 wooden hotels, 16 wooden houses, playing board and the original box. It is in acceptable condition. All show signs of use and age with creases and fading. The Board is separating from the center seam, and has fading and damage to the back, edges and corners. The box lid has duct tape around all sides. Unknown if complete.
