Description: Unusual vintage lighter. Made in Austria. Needs a flint and has no lighter fluid. AS IS. I have no way of testing to see if it works. The screw on the bottom comes out but does not go all the way in. I don’t want to force in case it breaks. There is some discoloring on lighter but I don’t know how to clean it.
