Description: Vintage Holt Howard Pottery 2 Piece Cozy Kitten Cat Figure Bud Vases Circa 1950's About 6 1/2" tall Very hard to find! Both have original stickers on the bottom. These display beautifully! I have attached as many PICTURES as I could, so PLEASE VIEW them CAREFULLY and use your ZOOM FUNCTION to get a PERSONAL idea of CONDITION. I have also pictured them in daylight and with and without flash. If you require more pictures, please ask before purchase. I would say the painting on these looks absolutely great for the age of these. The girl kitty has a maker’s defect on her head. This looks like a crack, but is more of an indent. Otherwise she is in beautiful condition. The boy cat also has maker’s defect on his right ear, right cheek and an inner top rim hole. There is a tiny chip on his left ear. On the left side of his face there is some yellowish rough splotches. I don’t know what this is but it is rough to the touch. It looks like sand. It also looks like there is a surface crack under the right ear which travels around the head to the back and into the inside. You can’t really feel these cracks to the touch. It does NOT look like it had been glued. It just looks like a light smooth surface crack which travels all the way around and inside. These will be very carefully packaged and shipped double boxed.
