Description: This is another very special, rare, witch postcard. The art is similar to the dazzling artwork of Hermann Hendrich, although I do not know this artist. It has been described as THE DEVILS NIGHT OF WITHES. I found this one also in Berlin, R. Lederbohen, Halbberstart 335. The series is about “Walpurgis Night. “ This is when, according to the belief of millions, the devil goes abroad—when the graves are opened and the dead came forth and walk. When all evil things of earth and air and water held revel.” Bram Stoker, “Dracula’s Guest” I letting this beauty go AS SEEN WITH NO RETURNS. I have attached clear photos so you can take your time and evaluate the postcards condition, both front and back. The card has held up well for being so old. It is in incredibly great shape. Please note that I used a flashlight to draw out the colors in the card. The actual artwork is very colorful and even and normal light.
