Description: HARD TO FIND! This vintage Forma Vitnum stained glass table lamp is a beautiful piece for any art lover or collector. Hard to find a lamp! BASE I believe the base has been painted blue. Some areas are lighter than others and some paint lifted. Also has some rust mainly located on too under screw on piece.
