Base is in Excellent condition. These Rooms are hard to find especially in this condition with the Furniture. See Pictures. The White Bag to hold the pieces is a reproduction. I felt in this case it needed to be Clean to hold your pieces and keep them nice. The originals are mostly found torn and dirty. One Wall on side has one defect that looks like it had an original price tag on it and taken off (see picture). Item is used, and has play wear. May have scratches, chips or dings.
