Single square faceted dark orange gemstone in the center of the prongs. There are some scratches on the surface of the sterling but overall in good condition.Please note the Gem Tester does not distinguish between lab grown gems and ones found in the earth which are chemically the same. The tester indicated it is on the line of ruby and sapphire so I called it a ruby.
