Description: Vintage BUDWEISER MOTION Beer Bar Sign. NFL. 1990 MONDAY NIGHT FOOTBALL Dual Changing Messages/DIsplays. RARE! SIZE: 30.5" Wide x 28" High x 7" Deep CONDITION: Used / Very Nice! Original. No cracks, breaks, discoloration, etc. Not restored (Does not need any restoration). Vintage electric motor works well. THOUGHTS: This is very rare, large 1990 Budweiser Monday Night Football sign that rotates between two different messages, the Monday Night Football logo and the Monday Night Football Schedule for 1990. The sign uses a cardboard based scissor insert to change message approximately every minute. This sign is so rare because this insert rarely survives over time. The sign is powered by an original, vintage electric motor that is powered by 4 "D" cell batteries. The sign is designed to sit on a table top, ledge or shelf. The cardboard insert is in excellent condition. No tears, folds, etc. This sign can be finnicky to operate because the scissor action of the insert can get hung up. I have found its best to let the insert acclimate to the environment and hang straight for several days before operation. In all my searches through Ebay, Worthpoint.com and the internet in general, I have not found a Budweiser sign similar to this one! This sign would be a tremendous find for a true Budweiser / Football fan who collects the best & most unique for their collection. This is a beautiful item that I really hate you give up from my collection, but I have too many advertising items and not enough room.
