Description: Mod 60s Saks Fifth Avenue dress. Two major issues-a hole near shoulder and a large rip (hole) in top layer of fabric near bottom of dress. I’ve shown both of these in the photos. It’s such a cool dress with amazing material so I’m hoping someone with sewing knowledge can mend it. It tagged size 14 (vintage clothing runs smaller than todays sizing in general) but please see photos for measurements.
