There is no date, but painting looks earlier than WWII. It comes with its original frame, which is etched with the name and address of the artist on the back. The painting is no longer connected to the frame. The frame is old and has heavy wear, chips, breaks, and pieces missing. The frame measures approximately 35" x 29". The actual painting is approximately 29" x 24". There is a small pinhole in the piece, otherwise, it is in Good Condition. However, there is age and dust build-up.
