I am not certain that it's complete, but looks like it may be? Will come with parts pictured! *1/29/24* CONDITION: Kit is not assembled. I marked this listing as "for parts or not working" since I don't have a box for it, am not certain it's complete, and I can see at least one piece is damaged. The metal square piece has rusted on one side, looks like maybe water got inside the packaging? The glass parts are loose inside their packaging, but I can't see any breaks on the visible pieces.
