(For three & four player games, the strategy card with the higher number selected by each player can be tracked with a control token matching the race that selected it.) During the action phase, each player with a visible initiative number takes turns as usual. When players perform their strategic actions, they move their token to the center of the row. When players pass, they move their token to the right side of the row, covering the initiative number.
