Description: The Whistle Stop Indy snapback part mesh hat cap by The Cincy Cap. The hat is nice inside and out, including the headband area, although the front portion of the headband is a lighter color most likel duento wear. There is a tiny spot on the bill and a faint one on top of the cap, as shown in the pictures. This hat was part of a large collection that were hung on paneled walls with stick pins, so there is a very small hole in the plastic adjustable snap strap, shown in the pictures. The hat has not been washed, which would probably remove the spots noted above. Thanks for looking.
