This was published by Prentice Hall in 1980.This is a used hardcover book. The book and cover have some shelf wear and has been read. All of the pages are present and are intact. There is an inscription on the inside cover that looks to be from the author to his aunt and uncle. I did not witness the signature. Please see pictures.A great gift for any ghost or ghost hunting reader, fan or collector!
