Description: Tripod with the head of it has 3 dials adjustments included in this sale . Most items all seem to work as expected but since I'm not real knowledgeable it is sold as is for parts not working. The legs pull out and lock into place. All the joints seem to be smooth although it has been sitting for some time.. There is a small keep/chain? that prevents the 3 legs from splaying out that piece is missing. It's a simple piece I suspect but again I'm not knowledgeable on this item Looks like the 3 dials on the top spin freely and lock into place. Again Not sure if that's normal but it seems correct
