It extends from 7.4" to 64.3", and folds down to 19.9" for transport.The tripod's four-section legs are individually adjustable and are secured by flip locks. Each leg has a foam grip for added comfort, and rubber feet for gripping slippery surfaces. A split center column allows the tripod to reach its minimum height of 7.4" with the legs spread to their widest position.The ball head has a single lock to control the movement of the ball and the panning movement. It has a 3/8"-16 female threaded mount on the bottom, with a 1/4"-20 bushing adapter. The ball head includes a quick-release plate with a 1/4"-20 male threaded screw for attaching it to your camera. Also included is a carrying case to protect your tripod during travel.
