So it basically fits a 3x5 photo with a little extra space around the edges. The frame is being sold AS-IS in the Good preowned condition found/pictured. The silver tone border has minor smudges and some faint scratches. The upper right corner has some minor discoloration but some silver tone polish might lessen it.
