Description: Playmobil Victorian Mansion dollhouse, #5305. Comes with lots of furniture to fill the house, instructions for building, and Playmobil victorian people. The house is missing some minor parts, door handles, some flowers in the flower boxes, finials on the roof, 2 inside window frames, a few curtains downstairs, & one window pane piece for front window. None of these missing parts affects the ablility to play with the house (no structural parts missing). Set is vintage, was sold in the early 1990's. Set is heavy, weighs over 11 pounds. I built this set myself and believe my description of it to be accurate, but I am human and mistakes can occur. Some older pieces may have some discoloration from age. I have tried to be as careful and accurate as possible, but it is possible that there could be a missing piece that I missed in the description, so please pay careful attention to the photos.
