Description: This is an original WW1 US Medical Corps Stonebridge Folding Lantern, patented in 1906 and 1908. The lantern is a unique piece of militaria that would be a great addition to any collection. It was manufactured by C.H. Stonebridge MF'G CO in the United States and is an authentic item from the period. The mica “glass” or eisenglass is in really good condition,considering it’s age. One of the side panels has some damage to the upper area. It does fold flat, but I’ll let you do that!!! The lantern is designed for personal field gear and is perfect for collectors of original period items.
