Description: SUPER DIMENSION CENTURY ORGUSS Imai Japan 1/72 Scale Vintage Plastic Model Kit An Imai model kit to build the Flier (Flyer) spaceship from the Japanese anime series Orguss. It is new and still sealed in its original box. Year of manufacture unknown (vintage 1980's). It is Series No.3, kit number # B-1339-300. Super Dimension Century Orguss is an anime science fiction series, in which brash fighter pilot Kei Katsuragi arms a space/time bomb and finds himself transported to another dimension, along with his fighter, which is rebuilt into the mecha Orguss. It inspired an OVA series, Super Dimension Century Orguss 02. Orguss was the second part of The Super Dimension trilogy, preceded by Macross and followed by Southern Cross. The cover art shows the flier in sort of a chunky plane shape, and also in the corner as a robot - maybe it transforms? This kit was manufactured in Japan by Imai, so considerable exterior text is in Japanese. Paint probably required; glue, maybe. Usually the instructions for these kits have lots of pictures though. I hope. Sides of the box show paintings of the assembled kit, and other kits from the show? The box measures approximately 8.8 inches by 6 inches by 1.9 inches.
