That is typically bicycles with 7/8" or 13/16" seat posts. Seat post Clamp is alloy with a steel bolt that takes a 6 mm Allen wrench, commonly found on most star tools. Clamp has a 1" id and slides over your frames 1" seat tube, but may have to be widened a tad, don't excessively widen it, that probably means you have the wrong size or frame damage.
