We ship soft, cloth items in tyvek mailers, but we don’t ship rigid items or shoes in soft mailers, we use cardboard boxes that adequately protect them. Once the toes or backs of shoes are crushed in transit, in our opinion, they’re ruined. We’ll do our best to see that that doesn’t happen to our items. From a smoke free but pet friendly environment.
