One of the sternum straps is sewn on because the clasp that attaches it to the strap fell off. You can request one from Osprey, they have a legendary lifetime warranty and excellent customer service The Osprey Hydropak is in bad condition BUT they also have exceptional customer service and a great warranty policy. I have another Hydropak bladder and just last week I sent Hydropak an email and asked if they would replace mine because it needed replacing, not specific. They asked for my address and sent me a complete new reservoir to me at no cost, I didn't have to provide a receipt or a proof of purchase. It arrived in a few days! The Hydropak that is included in this listing is smelly and ugly but you need it to claim a new replacement one from the company in case they need a picture. No returns, condition is shown as in picture and can be worse. All our items we sell are used and in terribly bad condition.
