There is a little paint worn off in places and marks on the eye. There is an on/off switch on the back, but the battery must be worn down because the toy doesn't laugh anymore when you turn it on and hit it. The accessories and packaging that originally came with the figure are NOT included. From a pet-free, smoke-free home.
