Description: Offering a pair of Mexican heavy tin, silver colored candle stick holders. Both are similar size; 8 inches long X maximum height 6.5 inches X 2.75 inches wide. Each weighs 15.8 ounces; together, they're just under two pounds. Not new, we purchased these on one of our hunts for collectibles more than 25 years ago. They have been in storage all this time. Now that we're retired, we are selling select pieces of those younger times. Condition details: silver color tin, well made, sturdy and tabletop stable. No loose parts, no breaks, no bent surfaces or dents. The silver tin shows oxidation and small pitting on the surface. Heavier oxidation is found on the underside of the scrolling. This natural wear is characteristic for tin material like this and is to be expected. The candle holders are most likely 50 or more years old.
