Men's African Beaded Tribal Necklace, Antique Brown Beer Bottle Krobo Beads

Description: Men's 24in African Beaded Tribal Necklace by Glade Creek Art. All of these warm shades of brown came together in a phenomenal piece. The main focus of this piece is the brown glass beads. The beads were made from old beer bottles by the Krobo people. These beads were not crushed into powder but rather cut and polished on the edges. Beads like these are rare. One of the beads has a number on it. I made this beautiful piece to share, but i will add the rest of the bottle glass beads to my rare bead collection. The beer beads are separated by vintage bone beads made by the Tandy company in India during the 1970s. Species are Camelus Dramadarius, or Camel bone. The golden colored beads are 10mm, Pictured Jasper stone. They have a wood grain like pattern to them. I used some small brown Krobo glass beads between the wood beads. The wood beads are beautiful, they have a lovely wood grain, and i applied an extra clear coat to them. You can wipe the necklace with a warm damp cloth to clean it and dry with soft a cloth. As always, i use .45mm nylon coated stainless steel wire and stainless steel clasp and components. I also put 2 stainless steel crimp beads to hold the wire secure. I am the only one who does this.
