Got this a while back from a reputable auction house - I am confident it is genuine. I am guessing it is circa 1934, probably a promo studio photo. Dedicated to 'Alf'. Her surname is a bit faint. Photo has creases/crumples (nothing terrible), crack near her hand (see 4th pic), curling - good condition - see pics for more detail - very attractive item!
