Description: This is a LEGO 3065 Friends Olivia's Tree House set. This was released in 2012 and retired that same year. The set is 100% complete with the box and all pieces in like new condition. The manual is in very good condition but has some slight wrinkles on the cover. The set was built once and then disassembled with the pieces carefully inventoried and sorted according to brick color and type. The set includes one minifigure, Olivia, together with a cat and bird.
