No missing pages but there is a cut-out on page 19-20 that disfigures the illustration for two house plans (see pictures). Covers age tanned with upper edge chipped and slight exposure shadow along front spine. Binding tight with good spine. Features approximately 40 Bungalow and Arts & Crafts house plans. Shipped inside a plastic bag with cardboard backer, inside a protective mailer.
