It reads: THIS IS TO CERTIFY THAT YOU ARE THE OWNER OF A REAL JOTUL DESIGNED BY FINE NORWEGIAN ARTISITS AND MADE BY JOTUL OF NORWAY. It is signed by the President of the company too. It has a pretty design going down the left had side of the plaque. It measures 5 1/4" by 7 1/4" and approximately 1/4” thick. It is in great used condition. This item weighs unpacked 2 1/4 pounds! I cleaned it, oiled it and seasoned it by then baking it in the oven at 350 degrees for 1 hour! There are no cracks, chips or breaks! This item is Vintage and used!
