Really beautiful composition by Norma Perkins, 1987 Appears to be watercolor and pencil on thick vellum, but I haven’t removed the work from the frame. It is beautifully matted with green and purple under white and comes in the silver colored wood frame. Small ding in the frame, plz see pics. I love this piece and have been enjoying it on my wall until the time comes to rehome it.
