The print reads; "A most significant event was the discovery of Bacteria in 1675 by Antoni Van Leeuwenhoek,who used a primitive microscope of his own manufacture. The print is signed in the lower right hand corner W. F. Soare. This print is in a good shape, has one tiny stain at the top left.
