Framed Antique Watercolor Painting Marshland Landscape Signed C.S.J. 9.5x11.5"

Description: This listing is for an Framed Antique Watercolor Painting of a Marshland Landscape , Signed "C.S.J. " , measuring 9 1/2 inches by 11 1/2 inches overall, with frame about 3/8 inches overall, matted under a paper mat which is artist made , and framed under glass in an arts and crafts carved molding frame with leaves motif, with glass smaller than it should be which should be replaced. a nail on side as shown. 380 grams net weight. The back of the frame was sealed with a tattering brown paper. I removed the paper backing and opened the back and examined the interior. The painting is adhered to a paper mat as shown. there is no additional information about the artist on back. I have replaced the cardboard with same 4 nails that it was being held with and discarded the rest of backing including the wire that was nailed on back for hanging. Glass can be centered but it should be replaced with proper size glass to protect the interior from dirt and dust and sealed again. Glass could also be edged for a fit with some other material which adds size to glass while centered. Visible image size at about 5 inches by 6 3/4 inches.
