Lift the post with the bottom cover and place the top cover with the gasket on top, twist to the right until it is nested. 5. Screw the black nut back on until you hear two clicks and allow post to slide back into place. Outer diameter is 4 1/4". Inner diameter is 2 3/4''. Come with 5 pack flush valve seals.
