THE INTERIOR IS LINED IN A STIFFENED SILK FABRIC WITH THE BRIM EDGE WIRED. CONDITION: SMALL TINY FRAYS SEEN TO THE EDGE LINING. THE VELVET HAS LOST ITS KNAP ALONG THE EDGES OF THE BRIM.
