The reason this is so rare is in the history of this game. It was a blockbuster video rental only game. SNES was discontinued from blockbuster as new game systems came out. This game ended up in the bargain bin. In most cases the game was sold with out the instructions or box because collecting was not a thing yet. A few years later an outside company bought up all of the old video game inventory. They sold off all the games but didn’t want to deal with the bulky boxes. I was in the right place at the right time and in 2001 I purchased 40k SNES boxes. I was very lucky to find a few final fight guys. Once a year I sell off 1 box from my collection.
