Description: Price is for 1 pound of mixed size bulbs (around 14 to 16 bulbs). These bulbs were grown in Central Utah. They are acclimated to a cold winter with a hot and dry summer. Duganskiis a Hardneck Purple Stripe variety with beautiful bulbscontaining about 8-10 cloves. Cloves are tinged with violet and have purple and white outer wrappers. Duganskihas terrific flavor that holds up even after it is cooked. A initial fiery burst ofgarlicheat that mellows out as it lingers. Stores about 9 months from harvest so plant or eat while they last! We are not certified organic, but do use the same practices. No use of pesticides or herbicides. We do use cover crops for fertilizer...and a lot of care!
