All items are generally used and pre-owned, and may show normal signs of wear. New items will be listed as such. Refund Policy: Refunds may be accepted with certain conditions. In most cases, I pay the cost to add additional insurance through Shipsurance to protect both the buyer and myself from product damage during shipping. To be eligible for a full refund, I do ask that the buyer select a shipping service with insurance or add insurance (for coverage of lost or damaged items). If your item arrives damaged, and the packaging clearly shows carrier mishandling, then the buyer is responsible for filing a claim with the selected carrier for a refund. If the item arrives damaged and there is no visible package damage due to mishandling, then buyer must contact the seller within 5 business days of item delivery to report the damage in order to qualify for a refund from the seller. Buyer must provide seller with clear pictures showing the damaged item and pictures of the packaging. If buyer throws out packaging before reporting item damage, seller will not be responsible for refunding item, shipping, taxes or any other fees. Buyer must include their desired remedy in the initial message to the seller. Cancellations and Returns Policy: Returns are not accepted, unless seller and buyer come to an agreement. I try to accommodate for order cancellations if caught in time and I have not already prepared the package for shipment or have already shipped the package.
