Pencil signed lower right "Marc Chagall" (signed also in plate), numbered "XXVI/LXXV" lower left, full margins loose and unframed, 27.5"h x 20.5"w (sheet). There are several Jerusalem Windows series by Chagall, including an edition of 150, an an edition of 75 (one each in Roman and Arabic numerals), another of 25, and possibly others. Most usually sell in the $7,000 to $12,000 range but since I am not familiar with various editions, so priced low. See example from this series sold at Swann (Sale 2091 | Lot 519) in 2006 for $9000. CONDITION Unusually fine condition, great color. Will be shipped gently rolled in wide tube.
