We did find one from 1953. Cover ~ Black hardcover with embossed lettering on the front cover and gilt lettering on the spine. Number of Pages ~ 512 pages with five Indexes. Illustrated ~ with musical staffs. Book measures about ~ 8 1/8 inches X 5 3/4 inches X 1 5/8 inches. Condition ~ Good. There is some minor cover edgewear. There are some small surface marks on the cover. There is some light tanning on the edges of the inside covers and flyleaves (see photos). The front and back hinges are split (the pages ARE tight!) (see photos). Many of the pages have a wavy long edge. Otherwise the Book is in Good condition! The pages ARE clean and bright!
