All of this just normal wear for this Silver plate items for it's age and area of usage. Also I am not sure, but looks like handles made from another metal, not Copper. There is worn silverplate coat on the handles and there is visible some silver metal, not copper showing at these spots.Measurements: Bucket 11" H; 7.25" Deep; Top 10.5" dim / Open 7" dim; approx. 12" W across with handles; Base / Stand 6" x 6"Weight 6 lbs. 7 oz before packing.
